Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about our admissions process

What is the application deadline?

We have rolling admissions throughout the year, but we recommend applying at least 2 months before your desired start date. For the January intake, the priority deadline is November 30th.

Is there an application fee?

Yes, there is a non-refundable application fee of KES 1,000. This fee covers the administrative costs of processing your application and the student assessment.

How long does the admission process take?

From submission of application to final decision, the process typically takes 2-3 weeks. This includes application review, student assessment, and family interview.

Do you offer financial aid or scholarships?

Yes, we offer a limited number of need-based scholarships each year. Scholarship applications are due by December 1st for the following academic year. Please contact our admissions office for details.

Can my child join mid-year?

Yes, we accept mid-year transfers depending on space availability. Please contact our admissions office to discuss possibilities for your child's specific situation.

What is the student assessment like?

Assessments are age-appropriate and focus on developmental readiness rather than academic testing. For younger children, it's an informal observation. For PP1 and above, it includes basic literacy and numeracy skills appropriate for their grade level.
